A ten-service health platform spanning free tele-medicine, discounted pharmacy, medical tourism across five countries, diagnostics, hospitalisation, psycho-counselling, health cards, nursing and ambulance dispatch.
/images/projects/parasol-health-hero.jpgParasol Health operates an unusually broad service portfolio — a call-centre telemedicine line, a discount pharmacy with home delivery, international medical tourism, diagnostics, hospital admission support, psychological counselling, a health card scheme, nursing training and placement, and a nationwide ambulance service.
Each of those had grown as its own operation with its own records. A registered patient could be known to the pharmacy and unknown to the tourism desk. Coordinating a patient travelling abroad for treatment — flights, hospital, accommodation, follow-up — meant reconciling several sources by phone.
We built a single patient identity that every service writes to, so a patient registered through the telemedicine line is immediately recognised by the pharmacy, the diagnostic desk and the tourism coordinator.
Telemedicine consultations from the call centre are logged against that record with the advice given, so a follow-up call starts from history rather than from scratch. Pharmacy orders apply the registered patient discount automatically and can be dispatched for home delivery.
The medical tourism module was the most involved: it coordinates the treatment abroad alongside everything around it — hospital and specialist selection across India, Thailand, Turkey, Dubai and Singapore in partnership with GoMedii, plus airport reception, boarding and dining arrangements, which are the parts patients worry about most and which no clinical system tracks.
Specialist appointments are handled both in person for Bangladesh and over virtual channels for consultants abroad. The health card scheme, nursing placement and ambulance dispatch each attach to the same patient record.

International treatment coordination — previously the most manual part of the operation — runs as a tracked workflow covering the medical arrangements and the travel and accommodation logistics together.
