Agencies typically run this on WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets, which means nothing is reliably traceable and the patient never has a single place to see where their case stands.

We built a digital case file as the spine of the platform. Every enquiry becomes a case that carries the medical reports, the shortlisted hospitals, the estimates received, the visa and travel status and the follow-up schedule.

Hospital and specialist matching works from the diagnosis and the patient's budget rather than from whoever the coordinator remembers, and treatment estimates from multiple hospitals sit side by side so the patient can actually compare.

Travel logistics — visa documentation, flights, accommodation, airport reception and interpreter arrangement — are tracked as part of the same case rather than in a separate conversation, so nothing is discovered missing at the airport.
