When you submit an enquiry, request a demo, apply for a position or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of your message. Job applications additionally include your CV and any links you supply.
We also collect standard technical information automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring source — through analytics software.
Enquiry information is used solely to respond to you, prepare a proposal, and maintain a record of our correspondence. Job application material is used to assess your suitability for the role and is retained for future openings unless you ask us to delete it.
Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where the site could be improved. It is not used to build individual profiles.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it. We do not use enquiry data for advertising targeting.
Where we host or maintain a system on your behalf, the data inside that system belongs to you. We access it only as required to deliver support or maintenance you have requested, and our staff operate under confidentiality obligations.
On termination of a hosting or maintenance agreement, we provide a full export of your data and remove our copies on written confirmation.
We use Google Analytics for site measurement, and standard email and hosting infrastructure to operate the business. Where a client project integrates payment gateways, SMS gateways or similar services, those providers process data under their own terms, which we identify in the project documentation.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve you, and thereafter for our business records. Job applications are held for up to two years unless you request deletion sooner.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Write to info@reflexsoft.com.bd and we will respond within 30 days.
