Corporate brand promotion for a diversified group — a parent identity strong enough to lend credibility to its business units without flattening what makes each of them distinct.
/images/projects/century-group-hero.jpgA diversified group has a structural branding problem: the parent name must carry enough weight to reassure a customer or partner dealing with any subsidiary, while each business unit still needs to speak credibly to its own market.
Push too hard toward uniformity and the units sound generic. Leave them entirely independent and the group name means nothing. Century Group needed the balance defined and written down.
We began with brand architecture rather than design — deciding which units carry the group name prominently, which carry it as an endorsement, and what each is permitted to vary. That decision drives everything downstream, so it was made and signed off first.
Against that structure we produced the group-level corporate profile, campaign creative and digital presence, plus a shared asset system the units draw from so their own material remains recognisably part of the group.
Social media and print collateral were brought onto the same system, which is where inconsistency in a multi-unit business usually shows first.
/images/projects/century-group-1.jpg/images/projects/century-group-2.jpg/images/projects/century-group-3.jpgCentury Group now has a documented brand architecture, so the relationship between parent and unit is a written rule rather than a case-by-case negotiation.
Corporate communication across the group is unified while individual businesses retain the distinct voice their markets expect.
