Most AI pilots die between the demo and production, because the demo answered from a curated sample and production has to answer from your actual, messy documentation.

We build agents that are wired into your real systems — your knowledge base, your ticket history, your product catalogue — and we measure their accuracy before they are allowed near a customer. If an agent cannot answer reliably, it hands off to a person rather than inventing something.

That handoff rule matters more than model choice. An assistant that confidently gives a patient the wrong dosage or a customer the wrong refund policy costs more than the salary it saved.

Scoping starts from a task and a number: which repetitive work, how many hours, what accuracy is acceptable. If the honest answer is that AI is the wrong tool, we say so.
