UI/UX Designer

Design interfaces for people who are busy, interrupted and not interested in software — teachers between periods, nurses on a ward, storekeepers on a loading bay.

Full-timeDhaka (on-site)3+ years

What you will do

Run discovery and translate observed workflow into interface design
Produce wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
Work alongside developers through implementation
Test designs with real users and iterate on what you learn

What we are looking for

3+ years designing web or mobile applications
Strong Figma skills including components and auto-layout
A portfolio showing complex interfaces, not just landing pages
Understanding of accessibility and responsive behaviour

Nice to have

Motion design experience
Front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS)
Experience designing dashboards or data-heavy tools
